what is your workout routine?

this is my workout routine for my chest

chest
- barbell bench press pyramid 20kg, 30kg, 40kg, 50kg, 60kg, 50kg, 40kg, 30kg ,20kg (10 reps each)
- (repeat with bench inclined at 20 degrees and 45 degrees)
- dumbbell flies 12kg and 10kg (10 reps of 12kg and 8 reps of 10kg) (5 sets)
- (repeat with bench inclined at 20 degrees ad 45 degrees as well as declined at - 20 degreed)
- barbell bench press 40kg 10 reps (5 sets)
- (repeat with bench inclined at 20 degrees and 45 degrees)
.
I also have a day for my biceps, a day for my triceps, a day for my shoulders, a day for my back, and a day for my legs
plus I do a 20 minute workout on my abs every other day
