Share naman Ng workout routine

If you're at home, pwede naman 10 min jog. 30 seconds jumping jacks, squats, lunges, jump squats, hold squat, mountain climbers, plank, plank left, plank right. 2 sets yan. Tapos for core workout search mo sa YouTube "10minute abs" by xhit. Then burpees 100.

So this is weird but I think a good student like you can help me. Can you give me advise? Or like words of encouragement cause I've accepted my fate na Hindi ako DL or something. I'm just being realistic so penge naman advice

Hi! Aww thanks I try :) I'm facing the same problem din. I'm really worried na hindi umabot yung GPA ko pero I'm still hopeful kase may chance pa naman ako umabot wala pa naman final grades. If the possibility of being a DL is still there, then stay hopeful pero kung hindi talaga at wala na talaga magagawa, then make an assessment of all the things you did wrong(and right) and do better next term, I know masarap magbigay ng excuses (bad faith) pero as much as possible, try to learn from YOUR mistakes mismo and adjust your priorities. Hope that helps!

:( I feel a bit offended haha I worked really hard to get to where I am right now, things never came easy. If I want something kase, I go get it. It's a strength as it is a weakness. Hirap at tiyaga lang talaga. Hanggat sa kaya, kakayanin.

Hmm hirap eh dami. I like working in the executive board pero nasiyahan naman din ako sa RnD. Maybe best position siguro as a marketing executive nalang ako.

I love the beatles! :) A bit of elvis and kansas too. I like classical and alternative rock. FOB, MCR, Franco... :) I can appreciate indie as well :)

I had lessons for a while then the others self taught and influenced by friends :)
