Hehehehehehehehehehe i'm workin out daily till i fall down tired , i work for 1 hr on body bulding program and abdominal Exercises , and 1 hr general fitness walking , running or bicycle xD
and it's still i'm losing it slowly , like 1 gram per 3 days
