Can I condition my hair everyday? Or is that bad, because the only way I can style it right and have it look good is after I condition it, my second day hair looks bad so I feel like I have to at least condition it everyday

I am currently in the military and I pull my hair back in a bun everyday, the front is thinning so I've started parting it on the side to create less pull. Do you have any advice? I need your help

don't pull hair back too tight. Pull hair back when it's dry to eliminate stretching & breaking
