well with the drawing
try to concentrate at the face's details
when i said the face, i mean the format of it and especially the eyes they are very important
if you have any problems in drawing an eye, mouth...
try to draw it separately, take a new paper and start drawing(eye, mouth...)each one separate than the other, keep drawing it until you mastering doing it
