reading about toxic relationships, a lot of the signs match up with my best friend but i can’t convince myself that it’s true – i actually kinda think that? I am the the toxic one and i’m just making her faults up so i feel better but i genuinely feel like shit around her and i need advice
It's good to acknowledge when you feel you're doing something wrong. You should talk to your best friend about it! Ask her opinion on how she sees your relationship. Ask her ways you can better the way you or her act towards each other. And if you are doing things like bringing her down to better yourself there must be something subconciously that maybe you need to work through personally. Best of luck.
