Mostly at work I get impatient and if someone is doing something wrong then I lash out on them but generally Im a very patient understanding person but work brings out the worst in me. Luckily today was my last day there👍

It's good to acknowledge when you feel you're doing something wrong. You should talk to your best friend about it! Ask her opinion on how she sees your relationship. Ask her ways you can better the way you or her act towards each other. And if you are doing things like bringing her down to better yourself there must be something subconciously that maybe you need to work through personally. Best of luck.
