Don't wanna sound stupid, but what exactly is a Mormon?

Well we are called Mormon's because we believe the Book of Mormon to be another testament of Jesus Christ to go along with the Bible, not to replace it. Our church is actually called The Church of Jesus Chirst of Latter-day Saints. Mormon himself was a prophet that lived in the Americas wo compiled all of the teachings of prophets before him in the Americas into one book!

About the advice question.. So, lately I've kinda been frosting away from the church and it's kinda hard to feel the spirit. Do you have any advice to help out with that?

I know how you feel. Ive been there trust me. The important thing is to keep going and dont give up! Something I have noticed is that sometimes we think we dont feel the spirit because we have gotten so used to it being there all of the time but its really there. Start by looking for all the little things in life that are good! as you do this you will see the Lords hand more and more. Something you can also do is keep a journal of things you are thankful for, start by writing like 5 things a day and try not to repeat yourself! This should help you along with daily prayer and scripture study! :) Good Luck and I am here for you if you need someone! :)

I have anxiety. I used to pray aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall of the time because it was so bad. Now that I have been officially diagnosed and taking medication, I don't pray as often as I did...which was a TON. It was like a never ending phone call of God, basically. What do I do?

well keep doing your best! :) God knows you are trying your best! He loves you and understands! Just do as much as you can!
