Nie uwazam, ze to obsesyjne, bo musze wiedziec, czy za malo nie zjadlam. Skad mam wiedziec, ze jem np. 3000, jak rownie dobrze moglabym jesc 2000? :) licz po prostu na oko

Hey 🙁 I'm WRing and I was eating +/-2500cals, but I was gaining extreme fast and freaked out, decreasing to 2000 this past week. Idk if I've lost or not as I stopped weighting myself... Should I increase again? I'm moderately active as well... Is this a relapse?

Yes, you should increase calories! Your body needs it. Especially when you do exercise.
