Crunches. Allot a day every weekend for you to take a jog. Eat clean. Less rice. Do squats, lunges, planks and if by chance you have a jumping rope at home, use it for like 15 minutes. Have enough sleep. Do reverse crunches, side planks and more.

2kg each. Nope. Magiging muscular ka kapag heavy dumbbells na. Here are some exercises. Lift your one leg while you create letter T's upon lifting. Plank and raise each arm forward. One by one.
