trying to increase my food intake but feel compelled to exercise more to burn off calories & feel like it will offset gym progress? :/
Hm if you're trying to increase your food intake to up your metabolism, i would say just increase your intake and maintain your exercise! I think exercising will help increase your metabolism too, so thats good :) but dont feel compelled to exercise more just to "burn off calories" but just keep a healthy mindset of "eating well" and "exercise regularly" yaknow? ☺️
But I ate so much protein bars I'm gonna have constipation :( I'm still feeling bloated after the whole day! And my stomach is bulging out
Drink more hot water/tea to ease the bloating! And if its rly bad then pop in some charcoal pills, hopefully they will work. :)
Up to you tbh haha but for me I'd choose seoul since (duh) I'm already in Aussie ? but hm count in other factors like weather and food too! See which one you like more :)

Errr....by eating more I guess? Increase your metabolism :) When I ate more I gained a lot initially but then as your metabolism increase, weight will start to go down :)
