What is your favorite scent?

Twilight Woods from Bath and Body Works or VS Pure Seduction (basically fruity and sweet scents) I also love the smell of citrus

i dont need to vent. that was about 3 years ago. i hardly visit her. i have an aunt who visits her often and thats fine. i hope one day she is able to die peacefully. if i ever do need to vent maybe i will send you an ask.

my grandmother lives in a nursing home. one time when me and two other people visited her, there was another patient trying to get into my grandmothers room and there was a bit of yelling by my grandmother for us to get out. i hate she has alzheimers, its just sad

1. I'm a feminist
2. I don't use racial/ableist slurs (I still slip up sometimes with ableist slurs but I NEVER use the R-word)
3. I want to be a vegetarian/vegan more than ever if my health permits
4. I've been diagnosed with a few conditions I didn't think I'd ever end up with
5. I joined League and got sucked into the void of obsession
6. I've learned how to drop toxic friends and shut them out of my life
7. I've learned how not to take shit from men trying to use me
8. My dietary habits have improved a lot
9. I've become more responsible with completing school work
10. I developed a bad sensitivity/repulsion of certain noises, actions, hobbies and concepts which makes it hard to go certain places/do certain things (I don't want to call them triggers because I don't think they are)

that sucks about your grandmother.parkinsons sucks. my grandmother has alzheimers and its terrible to know that she doesnt remember me and see her in pain

Ugh I don't know what I'd do if my grandmother couldn't remember things. Her memory is actually really good, but she can barely speak and repeats everything 3-5 times so it's so hard to converse with her.. I know what you mean about seeing your grandma in pain, I don't know if mine suffers any physical pain as she got a caretaker who keeps her safe from falling now (before she had so many bruises from falls) but you can see in her eyes that she knows her health is failing and she doesn't want to live this way.

what movie were you very excited for but got disappointed when you watched it for the first time

I think The Nightmare Before Christmas and Frozen are really overrated and disappointing movies; when I saw them I felt the plot was incomplete and the character development was pretty shitty. They are cute movies, yes, and I love the character designs, but you can sort of tell they were half-assed stabs at creating a new cartoon for everyone to obsess over

Is there anybody in your life that you feel responsible for? Why do you think this is?

I always feel really pressured to care for and watch my grandmother, who suffers from a degenerative disease that doctors aren't able to diagnose (it's Parkinson's plus but the "plus" is unknown). I know she's probably dying or never going to be the same again and I do my best to try and interact with her, but she's like a shell at this point and it's so hard to watch her.. I know a good granddaughter would try her best, and I do, but sometimes watching her try to speak and move and barely be able to do either very well kills me inside.

About 9 years but we keep drifting in and out of touch :(
