Any graphic designers? I travel 2+ hrs to work everyday. Been struggling with anxiety & depression for a few yrs. When I'm at work I feel so stressed and burnt out that I can't focus & make mistakes. Trying to find a new job, but its hard in nyc.
why dont you try and get some rest , some free time, go for a wal and stay off your phone and just enjoy the outdoors. Or say home and take a nice shower, listen to music ,cook yourself something and try to figure out what’s bothering you and com up w a solution. Manage yourself.

I’ve learned many things from my ex bf, like how to eat w a fork and knife, to pick up the rice w both. Umm I learned how to clean like my mom, I’m a very good cleaner . My grandma taught me how to b noble . My father told me to have emotions and yet b the biggest asshole and have a guard up. He always gave me speeches tbh. My brother taught me how to roll a blunt , and how to not get skimped. And many many many mannyyyy people have taught me that there is no such thing as real friends and that you can’t trust nobody and you only got yourself .
