You know it's genetics to right that give someone an edge it'll take less time and some are gentically have better arms biceps veins etc
well yeah genetics does have some role in it, but it's not something that depicts everything. according to my genetics I wasn't supposed to have a strong or big chest, but I do.

nope. I have a six pack, may not be the most defined people have ever seen, but I have one and soon enough it'll be even more defined.
