This is kinda embarssing but I can't do a pull up nor a push up. How can I strengthen myself to do both of these
just keep working. bench but use like a broom. I was exactly where you were. this year I was finally able to do my first pull up. just keep working out. switch up days. upper, lower, upper, lower. and take three days off. don't over work that's why breaks are good. just do light weight and the muscle will form
