You're a true inspiration, one day you're strength will help other because you just inspired me to keep working out even tough I'm not very strong

Keep pushing through it. I remember when I couldn't bench a plate. I just kept trying and kept pushing myself. I got to where I am now. Keep going, you'll get there

Alright well when I lived in Texas I was actually skinny ish, I was active and killer and baseball. Once my parents split up, I stopped caring and well that's where it went down hill. In the fifth grade so about 2008, I was obese. I ran a 13 on a pacer test and was dying. I could only walk a mile and was out of breath. Around 8th grade-9th grade, I had enough, I was playing football but I didnt want to be known as one of the "big boys" anymore so I lost a lot of fat and became a skinny ass kid. Thinking I was done and had reached my goal, highschool lifting programs started and I didn't know much and thought strength was everything so I dedicated hours of my sophomore to becoming the strongest kid, but eventually I plateaued. Around my junior year is where everything became serious, I started eating perfectly, going to the gym regularly, getting into supplements, and making sure everything I did helped my ability to be better. After junior year I was full go into it. Always trying to be the biggest and strongest. My senior started with me being one of the top 3 strongest kids on the team. During the season I didnt lift at all, I lost 20 pounds of pure fat and strength.so for the past three months I have been determined again I've gained 6 pounds of muscle, put 100 pounds on both deadlift and squat, 50 pounds of bench and I currently run 10 miles in 1.5 hours. I won't stop until Im dead. Its been a grind, but to come from being the most out of shape and obese kid in a school to becoming one of the fittest and strongest kids in the school is crazy and I couldn't be more happier.
