How do you deal with break ups? I’m rubbish at coping with them 😅

I'm so sorry that you're having relationship problems, it's never easy but part of life sadly and if you were truly in love you're in for a very bad time and sadly theirs no magic potion to take away the pain, but no one can take away the memories..sigh😊 I always find sitting at home and moping around does no good at all, I prefer hanging around with another girl (or guy in your case) even just as a friend helps a lot, or if you're not brave enough then hang around some friends go clubbing once a week or just to the pub.
Listen you're gorgeous decent and respectable with a heart of gold so don't you ever think that break up's are your fault it happens to us all!😢 some thing's are just not meant to be,
And always remember "what feels like the end is often the beginning you will see" 🌹 and do remember I'm always here for you if you ever need to talk about anything at all and in confidence if you like. 💕
