Did you have pain in your arm back when you were bad at osu and tried to become better?

Would you give me your advice? I'm having problems playing, when i warm up i can do "somewhat" "hard" jumps but i fail at simple things like stacks or simple moving my mouse, i don't know why i keep failing in easy things :( (I play in mouse). Thanks in advance!
