Whatever you do, realize that it is you who will have to live with the decision either way. Don't let someone bully you into doing something you don't want to do or can't live with. I suspect that because you are asking the question, you are not 100% comfortable with an abortion. Just ask yourself this question - If you knew 100% that the relationship would NOT survive , if he disappeared tomorrow and you never saw him again, what would be your option? I won't tell you what to do, but I do think it needs to be your decision, not something imposed upon you by someone else, or you will end up regretting it.
