Could a hearse that was carrying a corpse drive in the carpool lane?

Well, the rule does say 'occupants' the case could be made though that the corpse counts as cargo. Cop would probably give you a warning for originality. I say, 'Go for it'

Watching a total farce of a football game. I think the Eagles fielded a team comprised of lookalikes.

What is (or was) your favorite class in school?

Pretty much anything math or science related. Especially physics. Thought about teaching HS physics for a while but got talked out of it for another path.
Now I write code, or rather make others do it for me and don't use either of the very expensive pieces of parchment I earned. Now calculate that graph of wasted money. ;-P

If Wile E. Coyote had enough money to buy all that ACME stuff, why didn't he just buy dinner instead of chasing The Road Runner?

My theory is that he's actually a vegetarian using a stolen card. He only likes the chase. There was one episode where hr caught the roadrunner. Did you know that? Then the doofus let's it go. **face palm**
I once saw an unofficial version, where Wile launched himself from a bow and instead of flying by, catches teh birdie in the neck. Next scene, he is eating roast bird.

Do you think you’re a good judge of character?

I'd like to think so. However, we have all made those 'oops' calls and then had to hide for a few weeks until the poor decision got bored or just focused on a different poor decision maker.

Imagine that you have the ability to replace one of the holidays your country currently celebrates with a new one. (You can either make up a brand new holiday or pick an existing one from another country or culture). What holiday will you get rid of? Which one would you replace it with?

Find me a holiday that is celebrated by eating copious amounts of really spicy food and we can flush Columbus day. Aw hell, we can swap that holiday for one called Monday where everyone has to just act as they usually do.

Some people think all elders deserve to be respected. Do you agree or disagree with this rule? If you sometimes agree with it, how do you determine which elders deserve respect?

Yes, i do, but here is what that means to me. Our elders have earned the right to some respect, this doesn't mean that we should necessarily obey them or modify our lives based on anything they may say. It means, they have earned the right to age with dignity. To be treated with respect. Whether they are the most angelic grandmother or biggest douche on the planet, they went before us. That doesn't mean we won't disagree with them or even like them, only that they deserve courtesy. Yes, even if they don't show it back.

What do you like to do on the weekend (or whatever other days of the week you have free)?

Historically, that is my time for baking and cooking in volume. Also a chance to unwind, read, watch sports (read football) or hang out with friends. Pretty boring life, but it is mine so I'm ok with it. =)

What is your favorite type of flower?

Visually? Just about any type of lily, and irises on bouquets. As a stand alone plant, it is hard to top an orchid.
As far as scent goes, no contest, roses. No contest

Um, there is not really a question in there hon. Trans people have been evident through various cultures throughout history. This is nothing new.

What is your favorite sport to play?

Downhill skiing, although it has been several years. Bowling is a lot of fun in the right league. I still like tennis and golf. Previously, i have played competitive softball, baseball, football and ice hockey.

If you think the Brothers' Grimm are bad, you ought to read some of the original fairy tales/folklore that they based their versions off of. Those ones certainly inspire terror! lol

Well, Karyn, that *was* the purpose of those tales. Scare the bejeebers out of kids so they do what the adults tell them to. In 'Rockabye baby' the poor thing sleeps as desired and still falls out of the damned tree. It should just go raise havoc with the imps in the night, that would at least be fun. ;-)

The lyrics in "Rock a-bye Baby" talk about putting a baby and its cradle in a tree before letting the wind crash it all to the ground. What do you think was going through the mind of the songwriter when they first came up with this idea?

I think he, definitely he, was trying to out so the brothers Grimm for him terror in children's tales.
