I want to stop but its hard. I've started after stopping for just shy of a year. after I did it again tonight I thought about stopping. then I broke down in tears. Is it possible for someone who cuts to not want to die? because that's how I feel. I feel as if cutting is the only way.
Look you have to be willing to stop doing it not just for others but for yourself. Each cut you do is one cut closer to one that might be the one that takes your life when you don't want to. You are amazing I don't know your life story, but don't look in the past. Just say fuck the present. And look towards your future. Get through each day knowing you are getting stronger and stronger. Yeah I'm a guy but when I was in the mental hospital they have me a note book to write in to get my feelings out. It could be your own little private stuff. Or if you don't like talking face to face tell somebody you trust to read it. It honestly helps I'm not the person that can talk face to face about my feelings without breaking down or being nervous about somebody judging me. Just try it :* don't give up<3 no more cutting
