If I send fanmail to EXO, should it be in korean (I don't speak korean) or would they be able to get English translated to Korean? Also, do they read all their fanmail?
yes the boys do read their fanmail but i'd rather send it around their birthday times lol so it really does get to the boys because sm sometimes accepts birthday gifts for the boys from fansites :). but honestly its better if you try sending it through projects organized by fansites/fanbases for a better chance. also, yes it'd be better if you translated it to korean or found someone to translate so it's easier for the members but if you don't then i guess its fine, i'm sure they'll try their best (make sure your handwriting is neat or type it out) -hun.

the new exo happy camp is supposed to come out today at 8:10, but a youtube account just recently posted the video early I guess. Since it's early when do you think the subs will come out? I am Chinese and I can understand it but the members are talking in Korean so I can't understand XD

As of now, its not something we have thought about thoroughly. But we do enjoy the central control that we have now, with all the admins being one big family :) it also allows us to do our own damage control should scandals or any situations come about. There are many perks to the current system so we haven't really thought about something like this, but perhaps in the future? :) - gwen
