Might be nitpicking, but from what I read of Paizo's designers they didn't seem "fun for everyone" so much as "we only want these specific things, and don't care for that which falls outside this framework." Example, the developers have expressed their distaste for psionics and monks several times.
If you produce material for psionics and monks, don't you have a duty to make that material not shit? Just out of professionalism and pride in your product if nothing else.

The times you talked about Pathfinder you didn't seem very fond of the company behind it. What are your grievances with Paizo?
I don't think you can exploit a permissive license to make a game without developing one and call it design. I don't think you can exploit and exacerbate a split in a fanbase to improve your position without harming the greater hobby. I don't think you can ask people to invest in your vaporware MMO twice and expect to get off with a clean reputation. I don't think you can perpetuate trap design choices and call it fun for everyone.
