How do you feel about Attack on Titan Season 2 taking as long as it is to come out? (Especially considering the rumours that it might be postponed until next year in 2017!)
Pretty normal for a series to go through a production cycle for a few years. Especially one to the quality they are trying to produce

Yeah I see no reason to not want it. I remember when gaming wasn't main stream and now that it is I feel it is better now than ever.
Why do you like Tetsuro Araki so much?
Because his series do not conform to anime mannerisms usually and he instead tries to make anime more like cinema which as a result is why his work is so often approached by non-anime fans and are usually great gateway anime. This lack of discriminating against anime and still attempting to make it as cinematic as possible is what I love about him and why I think it is his works that could lead to anime becoming more mainstream.

If you could interview one Anime director (Dead or alive and assuming you can speak Japanese perfectly for communication) who would it be? And what questions would you ask the director?
Probably Hiroyuki Okiura or Katsuhiro Otomo. I would ask about what led them to producing the aesthetic that they have, training, influences, job experience, etc.
