I can do 70ish sit-ups in a minute and I don't now how many pushups I can do, probably like 50? I just do rounds of 15, so I'm not sure.

How do you nicely and politely turn someone down?
From what sort of offer? A date, I assume? Well, I'm a pretty blunt person, so that's hard for me. Let them know by your body language and kind of avoid them. That lets them know you aren't interested. And if that doesn't work, tell him why. That's what I would do. Be like, "I just don't think it's God's will for me to date you." And that will be that. :) I hope this helps
