I have to cut

Hun listen to me, you don't have to cut. What are you gaining from it? Other than permanent scars and an addiction. It's short term relief to a long term problem. You don't need to cut. There are so many other ways to get your emotions out without having to harm yourself. Cutting isn't worth it. Sure it may make you feel better for a few minutes or maybe an hour or 2 but then you're just gonna feel terrible again afterwards so there is really no point in it.
