First, check your weight online using a bmi checker, to see if you need to lose weight, then keep your metabolism high, by eating a balanced diet, that will allow your body to burn more calories, so lose weight :) - Jake

Any age, but doesn't really mean much if you're like. .8 or somethin, even 11-12 most the time - Jake

A story about what you have been through...

Honestly, okay. Well, really, not a huge amount. I've been one of the few people who have tried to be bullied, but has stayed strong and faced it. I have a lot of friends who self harmed, and have spent a lot of nights say mornings staying up with them, helping them out, I have never experienced it myself. But I'm no stranger to self harm, as it is all around me, and I deal with people, a lot of my friends daily. That's all there is to stay, not much of a story really, apologies for that. - Jake
