Okay, I don't recommend this this often but maybe you should seek out professional help, your self harming seems to be a little out of control. I self harm , i cut like 10 times a day i have tried everything to stop even the school use and i just can't, i get beat up at least once a day , my family hate me with the comments they give me , my friends are ignoring me x
Why do you cut in the first place? And honestly you need to find a hobby or something that'll take your mind away from cutting and focus on other things. For example, I stopped cutting I now run (longest had been for 65 minutes) and I use running as a escape and a metaphor as such "running away from your problems" and it works for me, but I'd recommend the butterfly challenge where you keep a diary with you and write down all your emotions in this diary and look back on it every month to see how you've progressed (Owen)
