I just need to add onto this.. when I say someone reliable, I mean someone who is strong enough to be able to cope with this amount of pressure, and someone who will not need to be taking time off all of the time due to personal problems..Each person will be interviewed individually, and If I get the impression you're struggling (like if your kik name says I give up with life etc etc) That will be taken into consideration unfortunately - Jake

Where Do i Start.. Well, we're looking for a new admin, as a lot of ours have gone inactive, due to personal reasons.. Start off with facebook/texting him as that is less of a commitment.. you don't really need to sit down with him if you get what i mean? it can be done on the go and it means less.. but honestly? Just talk with him about what happened.. about what is happening and just about life in general.. just make conversation.. I don't know what both of your interests are! But when you have been talking for a while.. just say to him.. do you fancying skyping tonight? as I prefer talking person to person.. if he says hes busy, don't feel disheartened, because a lot of the time I am not willing/have the energy to skype someone as calls normally last 1 hour + :) - Jake
