Why do certain people create drama/problems with others?

What teacher in school made the most impact on you and why?
there were a lot but mainly in primary school it would be my two teachers miss carr and miss edis. i’m still in touch with miss carr (and i still call her miss carr), and i saw miss edis a couple of years ago!
