how? i cant/can fully give you instructions on how things work or how you should do it...and to answer your question.. i did have those things for a very long time. its good to kind of have a control on it. I guess make a decision to somehow face your demons and maybe just maybe learn to overcome or control them idk man. its very hard to just think positively all the time but you have to put effort in it just like when you're courting someone. my friend nika once said na if you believe on something that its is like this, it'll eventually happen. So if you think your a bad person then eventually you will be a bad person. She said something like that. It may be hard to be positive all the time. It may be hard to believe in yourself. It may be hard to let others do this for you when you just want them to be proud (#hugot) but you just have to let loose at yourself and to others. Chill. Breathe. And make a decision to be better. Not great. But to be better.

i bleached it, by myself....using zonrox. HAHAHA jk but i did bleached it on my own tho with a hair bleaching powder with a 9% cream developer.
