How long does it take for a guy to forget a girl whom he truly loved? She hurt him but so did he and he hurt her first and way more

You can't forget someone you truly loved and the sooner you accept this fact the sooner you'll be ready to move on and the hurting part will change to memories

i can't tell if i like him or love him . i am sure that i am not both in the same time but i can't tell which one .. my mind is gonna explode

Take your time and go through some serious things with him , and see if you still wanna talk with him no matter what your mood or state of mind is
