thank you so much on your advices I really appreciate it.. the only gym I had on mind when I wanted to go to one is fitness first so I registered there and it's really great there..it's just me I haven't lost much weight and I'm still trying to reach my weight target:( thank you again sarah

Hello there! I used to go to queen of fitness gym in Sanad, but I don't go there anymore and I'm looking for another gym at the moment "let me know if you know any good ones around!".
I mainly do weight-lifting/squats/ crunches exercises because I'm trying to put on some weight, my kind of "thin" is not healthy to be honest. If you're trying to lose weight I'd recommend you maintain a well-balanced diet "not starve yourself to death diet", stop eating junk food, and to exercise without quitting.
Stay focused on your goal and never give up, you'll reach it one day!
