yeah I'm 5'4 too.. how did you get towards your target?
I exercised a lot and ate very healthily, not so healthily at times. I got really focused on it and it was like a virus, it consumed me. I don't want to give tips on how I used to lose weight, but I've found much better ways for myself and others to lose any podge, inbox me on facebook if you'd like to know routines/recipes and such :D x
