It's hard:( I have an ED and I used to eat less than 500 calories a day and burn it all off but then I began binging and I gained almost 80 lbs (which was everything I'd lost already and about 20 pounds) and ugh :( not that you need to do anything, but good luck to you :) remember you're beautiful
