But I didnt do it doe six months then I found out tonight my boyfriend/ex of 6 months cheated and in moment of panic I cut myself. I just dont know what to do. I was part of your video, And it helped so much and I remembered there was other people like me but I dunno. I just wanna carry on.

Hai, youve spoke to me a few times about self harm, yet again Ive cut myself :( what helped make you stop? I just cant seem too:/
I really know that feeling, relapse is natural, I relapsed, it happens. There will always be the urge when things get rough but I think about how it affects my mum, friends, boyfriend, how I'll explain it to my kids, how I'll look on my wedding day with mashed up arms, and stuff like that, I try to stay positive and reward myself when I've hit a goal, say a a week.. a month then 3 months:)

I just wanted to let you know that the video actually helped me knowing that there is someone who actually cares about the issue. I wasn't on your arm as I didn't want to like the status so everyone would know but I suffer from depression and I self harm, just, wow, what you are doing is beautiful<3
