How do you relax at the end of the day?

take a nice warm shower if it was a cold day or a nice cold shower if it was a hot day, dry my hair not completely but to where it's not soaked, put on comfortable underwear, get myself a snack sometimes ice cream other times chips just anything I'm craving, get something to drink, go to my room and close my door, if it's windy or rainy out I'll open my windows, clear my bed, turn on some Netflix and lay down and enjoy my snack while watching the secret life of an American teenager
