Hahaha Thank you so much for the compliment!! okay so I'm 5'5 and 103lbs. Honestly, I barely do any workout but if I do, it would be cardio. All i do is eat and sleep..like literally. But I'm also very strict on the food I eat, for instance I don't ever eat fast food or drink soda unless that's the only choice. There's not any specific plan that I follow, I just eat low calorie food and I think that helps maintaining your weight. But .. who care??? ain't nobody got time for all this workout! Just enjoy yoursef but don't forget to eat ORGANIC food.

"Diet" is the term used to describe the food you eat, so if you ask if have i ever go on a diet, everyone is on a diet. The only advice i can give you is to limit yourself fom eating inorganic and fast food, if possible try not to eat it at all. Especially soda, its okay to have yourself one in awhile but try not to drink soda too often. And I run alot so that might be help toner your thigh :D good luck!

An thì ko niềng răng, nhưng bên này đa số ai cũng niềng cả, giá thì 3kUSD đến 5kUSD, bên này mà cái gì liên quan đến thẫm mỹ cũng đều mắc cả bạn ạ.
