It really depends on the college and the subject! Tutors' and teaching methods and styles can vary drastically across the university so it would be better for you to perhaps check out their profiles on the respective college sites.

In my opinion based on my personal experience and that of many friends it shouldn't make a difference! Personally I had a pleasant interview and things worked out pretty smoothly so I wouldn't worry about it :)
