If I want to apply after the release of alevel result(since I need to go for ns), by then I will only need submit my actual alevel result rite? Like all promo prelim and predicted grades are not gg to be helpful for application rite?

All you need to do is follow the instructions on UCAS and you should be good to go :)

It really depends on the college and the subject! Tutors' and teaching methods and styles can vary drastically across the university so it would be better for you to perhaps check out their profiles on the respective college sites.

While I believe promo results must be submitted as part of your application, a heavier emphasis would be put on prelims and predicted grades :)

Yup, in general it is more economical to tailor make your suits back in Singapore.

That would depend on the requirements of the BRP, but it is recommended that you renew your passport before applying/ flying over!

St. Cat's would be the nearest college! Colleges with Singaporean lawyers differ every year, but usually there are at most 2-3 in any college - not a huge difference.

Does Oxford take into account your extracurricular and leadership achievements from secondary school (year 3/4; age 15/16)?

Definitely! While it depends on the college and your tutors, questions about your achievements may be asked during your interview. However, do be reminded that this varies greatly!

Will you be at a disadvantage if you opt to have a Skype interview rather than a in-person interview over at the campus itself?

In my opinion based on my personal experience and that of many friends it shouldn't make a difference! Personally I had a pleasant interview and things worked out pretty smoothly so I wouldn't worry about it :)
