It's still confusing me how assuming your age has something to do with elder hierarchy and how the elder hierarchy has something to do with the Indian Culture. And it's really funny that you seem so sure about your opinions and crap but you don't have the balls to untick.

You have the pretense of a secular nation, but so does America until it wants to push Christian values. And the UK is secular for intents and purposes, but still retains and undemocratic hereditary head of state that has a claim to Church of England.

I don't spend my whole life gathering information about my country and neither am I as jobless as you lol. And you know why our Nation is Secular? Because people belonging to different religions live here together. There might be 'some' cases though. For example a few months back, a job was denied to a Muslim man for being Muslim but then the person who had denied to him the job was fired. And the story also made it's way to the newspapers. If our country would be Theocratic, then no one would give a fuck about this case.

Did I ever say that? I meant that no one can force you to change your religion in our country. They can tell you, propagate their own religion but no one will force you. Why can't you just grow some balls and come out of the anonimity bar?

So it's pretty naive to think, say a Muslim girl, can merely walk into her parents home and tell them that she's an atheist or wishing to marry a Hindu. It simply doesn't happen, and it's not because you're a secular (religiously free) country that it doesn't. Don't kid yourself.

She will go through shit. And so will the guy. But in the end their parents might agree because love>>>>religion.

Clearly not the case though. Statistics show that the religious demographic in India has remained constant, except for a decrease in Hinduism that is in proportion to an increase in Islam. This is because Islam is intolerant and demands the Hindu converts at the point of marriage.

According to the rules of Hinduism, you can never convert yourself into a Hindu. You have to be born a Hindu. Oh and the face that a Hindu and Muslim can get marries in our country shows the Secularism. They can be best friends too. We don't judge people as per who is Hindu or Muslim or Christian or Jain or whatever.

Oh you're talking about religion?! I didn't realize. My mind doesn't wander regarding this controversial topic. And India is a Secular country and will always remain a Secular Country with people who follow the religions of their own choice. They can also be an atheist. Their life. Their wish. In our country we don't force our religious opinions down on others. So don't try to enforce your rules in me or any other person of our country. And since you are using ask.fm, you must be a young person. I can't believe how people can talk about converting other people and about religious stuffs at such a young age. We don't do that in our country honey. Freedom of Speech and Opinion over here.
