What positive things do you do when you're feeling stressed/angry/upset/negative and what advice would you give to someone who's feeling down? :3

I just suggest you don't do anything stupid like I used to. It's not hard to start but it's so difficult to stop. I suggest you try and think of anything positive, anything at all. Even if it's something so incredibly small because in that moment when you're down, one little negative thing can brighten your day.
Stop and think before you make a decision. No matter how down you get, always think before you make a decision you'll regret.

Having OCD must be annoying

It's annoying to my family that I have OCD.
They accept me but I can be really difficult. On top of the severe OCD I have anxiety which is newly developed.
I have a serious issue with people and the anxiety attacks are the worst.
You're not alone, people out there with the same conditions as me. You are definitely not alone ❤️

Do you have any diseases like OCD or ADD? Shit like that

First, those are disorders.
Second, I have OCD.
Third, if you meant diseases I've had those too.
Fourth, don't call a disorder a disease.

It's really complicated tbh. Many people have their own insecurities and I chose to show people my drawings and it had an impact on me.
It's something most people won't understand because it's my person issue with my own head
