I do enjoy it! It's a great opportunity that makes me incredibly confident and quick thinking on my feet. I get to help people around my surrounding community when they need it the most! You'll never get an experience like this and I'm happy I'm doing it when I'm young. I've already learned SO MUCH! 7 years is a long time when you think about it, it opens me up to a lot of healthcare paths because you deal with and experience all parts of healthcare during a situation in a timely manner. I like to keep my options open. I like exploring new opportunities, isn't that what life's about?

Nah, you're going to run into the same shit you can just do more for that person. You have a lot more responsibility for sure but it's the same. But I don't think I'll go that route anyways.

A 7 year plan?
Well I don't think I'll want to do it for the rest of my life. It's common in the industry to be burnt out by 7 years, you see and deal with a lot of shit. I know tons of practitioners that have far surpassed that though! So it'll be great but it's not my forever plan. In 6 years I'll reassess if I want to continue doing it and maybe upgrade to Emt advanced or go another route in healthcare. Maybe even go back to school for a year or 2 for something else. That's the beauty of education and careers

Well thank you! Yea I wish I would of made the June write but my practicum was scheduled past the date to apply. This is really a 7 year plan, hoping to get a ton of experience doing it! I really enjoy emergency medicine!
