i have joined gym nd its been a 15 days i was doing mixed excercise ? Do yoy think i should keep doung mix or should start doing like 1 day bicesps 1 day chest .
Just do front pully, back pully, pec deck, and one arm dumbell rows for 1 week. It'll stretch your body and will make it good for Workout. and have some heavy diet.
