Yung nasa likod mo po. 🙂

This is an ancient Sanskrit symbol, means Breathe, is a beautiful reminder to do what comes naturally. It's the first thing to do when we come in to this world, and the last thing we do when we leave it. I've been through alot when I tattooed that mid-last year. For me, this is the simplest and most practical way of self-healing, keeping your mind and soul peaceful, from what you feel in whatever pain you're going through (stress, loss, anxiety, etc.). This can also be an outlet of one being to relieving his self by breathing in all the positivities and breathing out all the negativities in him.
