Purchase a taper: 1.5mm, 2mm, 4mm, something small. Every week or few weeks buy a bigger one (go in 2mm each time if you want it done properly). The biggest taper there is I think is 18mm, but you can still go bigger by plugs or tunnels. I rushed mine which is why I have blow out.

Yeah quite a lot when it was being pierced, it feels like well you know them pinches under your arm? Like 5 of those in one haha, but it healed really really quick and now it never hurts at all unless it gets caught on like friends' hair or scrunchies.
