It'll be nice if you answer my question.How do you make abs? technique? Exercise? btw they are aeesome

Well first of all, thanks =). Second much of having good abs is being fit, try to run a lot and do simple work ups... Full sit ups, push ups, squats, just get in shape, this will build form to your abs, just being fit removes fat and makes it so your abs are visible. To made said visible abs grow, find a push up bench, and hold weights on your chest as you go up into full sit ups, you want to do this in reps of three doing 15-12-10 and the weight going up 5 pounds or 2.5 kg each time. Do this 3 times a week for just one month, making the starting weight go up at least 5 pounds per week, and you will have at least decent abs =). Gl
