What us ur opinin on depression and self harm
My opinion is that depression isn't something to just throw out there or joke around about. It's an actual mental illness. Some people struggle with it for years and find it almost impossible to ever be happy. And I am one of them. It is very serious and if you think you may have depression please get help. Because no matter how hard it is, there's always a rainbow after every storm. Also with self harming, which is a big one especially among teens. I want to say that's not the way to go, no matter how sad or hopeless you feel, talk to a friend or someone close to you.. And try to find other ways to cope. There is some people who do it for attention and others that seriously have a self harm problem. If you're doing it for attention I want you to stop because that is so wrong and makes people that actually have that problem look pathetic. But my heart goes out to anyone who suffers with depression and any kind of problems I am always here for anyone, regardless of who you are or even if you're just sad I'm just a message away! You're all so beautiful in your own way don't let one persons opinion on you, ruin you. There's billions of people in this world and you choose to listen to one. Be you, and shine bright!
