That's a really interesting question! My knowledge of them isn't quite good however, so bare with me. If I was to go with the looks, I'd say any of the dragon-looking pokemon (Although I do love Moltres' look - fabulous firebird for the win!). However, if we went with abilities and personality I'd say Mewtwo would definitely be one of my choice.
