When a problem arise from many decisions from you and some other, do you tend to blame yourself? (To yourself not to them)
No, I try to avoid blaming myself or anyone and I take responsibility of my decisions. I tend to think carefully before doing anything anyway, so I leave no way for blaming 🤔

مادري اذا موقف يعتبر awkward ولا مضحك اكثر بس المهم....كنت استلم أغراض من بريد الجامعة ومعاي رفيجتي (كنت وقتها اعرفها صارلي ٤ شهور بس) يوم طلعت بطاقتي وقاعدة أوقع ع الاستلام، الا جدام الموظفة تقول لي من هاي مريم اللي توقعين بأسمها؟ 😳 طالعتها وقلت لها انا بعد من؟؟ تقولي ليش، انتي مب اسمج لولوه؟! 🙃 ٤ شهور معاي وعبالها اسمي لولوه 😂😂💔 طبعا هاي كله جدام الموظفة واحسها شكت فيني والله 🙄 تعمدت اخليها تشوف بطاقتي عشان تتأكد 🚶🏻♀️المهم انا اشوفه كان موقف محرج لي نوعاً ما 😅

They should always communicate achievements and issues, otherwise nothing will be appreciated and problems won't be solved....it should be one team, one heart ✋🏼 not a big fan of working in teams though 🙄
