the past few weeks were pretty stressful , i had some personal issues and stuff but everything pass thankfully
yesterday i had a really fun time i met some old friends which helped in getting the negativity out <3

why do we always want to forget the people who left/hurt us ?
why do we blame ourselves for that ?
she was a part of your life , embrace that cause it wouldn't actually change anything , in fact the more we try to forget something the more we remember every little detail about it.
when we break up with someone then we start to miss him/her we remember only the good memories and how kind and wonderful those people were which is not fair .
we need to learn how to accept their choice of leaving that then just move on..just as they did .
as the time goes by your heart will be healed ,you will meet new people , you'll love , explore , learn new things .
forgive yourself and give your self a chance <3

-البنوته الى كانت فى شركه المرعبين بتاعت كورتى البعبع
-judy from zootopia
و متسألنيش ليه
بس بالنسبه ليا انا من زمان و انا نفسى اكون بنت اسمها chihiro كانت فى فيلم اسمه sprited away و هو اكثر من رائع :D

في حالة النفوس السويه , اي الطرفات يقع عليه ضرر نفسي اكبر ؟ مفتعل الأذى ام المتأذي؟؟ ولماذا؟؟
يعتمد على الشخص نفسه
مفتعل الاذى قد يكون شخص مراعى جدا و لكنى لا يجيد التعبير و قد يؤدى ذلك اذيه شخص اخر و لكنه غالبا يشعر بالندم عما فعله .
المتأذى قد يكون شخص مراعى ايضا وسريع التسامح و لكن ليس سريع النسيان فمع تكرار الاذى و لو كان صغيرا قد يحوله الى مفتعل اذى .
